孩子查出来这个病，我们作为家长要进一步检查吗？我弟弟要结婚了，他也要查吗？在哪能查？有知道的吗？

我也正为这件事烦着呢，我弟弟5月份刚结婚，我现在正联系浙江大学一位遗传学系的老师，希望她们能给我弟弟和弟媳妇做个检查，昨天她回复我说下周一给我最后的答复，希望是能，不然又要想办法找人了。

北京协和医院应该可以做是否是SMA基因携带者的分析鉴定。如果夫妻双方都是携带者，一定要做产前诊断（会有1/4的可能是SMA的患儿）。以前协和遗传室电话是：010-62596285，可详细咨询看看。

我个人意见是，一定要检查，而且最好是北京协和医院检查，检查的项目不仅仅是SMA基因，顺便连染色体也检查，免得发生其它的意外。
